Successful inter-teamwork depends on seven areas -
commonness of purpose, open data flow, compatible
leadership, team flexibility, mutual respect, clarity of
expectations, and problem-solving ability. These are often
difficult for teams

How It Works
Both teams complete a pre-session diagnostic which is scored
by the facilitator. Then during the session the teams
"compete" (when in fact, they see pretty quickly the value
of collaboration) to earn as much money as they can. Teams
are given the diagnostic results before the action planning
begins. Both teams leave the session with commitments "in
hand" and are ready to change blockages of the past.
