Romanbar
When you want out-and-out group
fun in teambuilding, you can’t beat Romanbar! The four to six hours
will absolutely fly by for your group of 10 to 300 participants. The
more the merrier!
Your teams are all competing in ten computer-scored rounds of
business. What kind of business? A wine bar in the village of Oldetowne,
England. Teams must decide which wines to buy and at what price to
sell, how much staff to hire each week, what advertising for the
week, and all the typical business decisions a business must make.
However, extra business can be garnered by typical English
promotional activities, such as cheese rolling, bottle flair,
customer contests, napkin folding, wine tasting, and so on. That’s
why the competitive hours fly by.
Learning Outcomes
- Get to know everyone in your organization
- Create more financial awareness in everyone
- Feel closer to people in other parts of your company
- Understand the importance of teamwork for success
How It Works
A few hours set-up time is needed for this session - there
are props,
decorations, computer networking, room arrangements, materials
distribution, and other factors. When your teams arrive, we’re ready
for the fun. A briefing of about 15 minutes is needed, and then the
simulation starts. You won’t believe the intensity and laughs.
